Images captured by the camera are processed on your device to create PDF documents.

Photo Library access is requested only when you import images from your device to create PDF files or extract text.

ScanStudio does not access your photos without your permission.

4. Files & Document Access

When you open, save, merge, split, compress, lock, unlock, sign, or edit PDF files, those files are processed locally on your device.

Your documents are not uploaded to our servers.

5. OCR (Image to Text)

The Image to Text feature processes only the image you select.

Extracted text is stored locally on your device unless you choose to share or export it.

6. Resume Builder

Information entered into the Resume Builder is stored locally on your device.

We do not upload or store your resume information on our servers.
